The Wine Dinners are a series of sensory experiences, where the cuisine of the Chef António Simões meets the excellence of the best national wine producers.

Held once a month, our Wine Pairing Evenings offer rare and intimate encounters, welcoming only 12 guests to a single, exclusive table. An evening dedicated to flavour, connection and authenticity — a true celebration of time well savoured.

EACH WINE PAIRING EVENING IS DESIGNED AS A NARRATIVE WHERE:

20 people live an exclusive and intimate experience.

Twelve tasting moments are served, created by Chef António Simões.

Each moment is paired with wines selected with precision, intention and respect for seasonality and terroir.

The presence of winemakers, sommeliers and guest producers enriches the evening with stories and knowledge.

Every month, we welcome a different producer — an encounter between tradition and innovation, celebrating the very best of what is made in Portugal.
