How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made through our website, via e-mail or by phone (+351 968 432 288). To ensure the best organization, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

How does the reservation system work?

Reservations made via email or phone are considered pre-reservations. Subsequently, a link will be sent via email and SMS, directing you to our website to confirm your reservation, which requires pre-payment of the menu price (€80 per person). To confirm your reservation, simply enter and validate your details, including card information for the pre-payment. You will immediately receive confirmation via email and SMS.

Do I need a credit card to book?

To complete your reservation, we require card details for the pre-payment of the menu price (€80 per person). It can be either a credit or debit card, as long as it allows pre-payment. We look forward to welcoming you!

What is the modification and cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we are here to help. If you need to change the date, time, or number of guests, please contact us as soon as possible. Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours in advance. In these cases, the pre-payment amount will be automatically refunded. For cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows, 100% of the menu price (€80 per person) will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

What are your opening hours?

We are delighted to welcome you! Lunches are served from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, and dinners from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Do you accept group reservations or event bookings?

If you are planning to celebrate a special occasion or organize a group dinner, our events team will be delighted to assist. For group reservations, please contact us directly via e-mail or phone (+351 968 432 288), and we will ensure your occasion is unforgettable.

What menus are available?

We currently offer our winter tasting menu. This menu is refreshed every season, ensuring a consistently surprising experience.

Are children allowed?

We are delighted to welcome young guests aged 14 and above.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we kindly ask for a smart-casual dress style, reflecting the elegant atmosphere of our space.

How long does the experience last?

Our tasting menu provides an immersive experience, with an estimated duration of 2 to 2.5 hours. Please set aside this time to fully enjoy the journey.

How do you handle allergies and/or food intolerances?

If you have any allergies or food intolerances, please inform us when making your reservation. Our team will do their best to adapt the menu to your needs. However, due to the prominence of seafood in our menus and the size of our kitchen, individuals with severe seafood allergies or other serious sensitivities should consider avoiding the experience, as we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Can the menu be customized for special occasions?

Our menus are carefully crafted to showcase the finest seasonal flavors. Therefore, we do not offer individual customizations, as our team dedicates significant effort to perfecting every menu detail for a harmonious and exceptional culinary experience.

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?

Currently, we do not have vegetarian or vegan options on our menu. Thank you for your understanding.

Does the restaurant offer parking or valet services?

Yes, for your convenience, we provide parking at the Vila Galé Hotel in Paço de Arcos, just a 3-minute walk from the restaurant.

Is the restaurant accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Due to spatial limitations, we regret that we cannot provide full accessibility. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in the restaurant.

What is the best way to get to the restaurant?

For your comfort, we recommend using a taxi or Uber, especially if you plan to enjoy our wine selection. For those driving, parking is available at the Vila Galé Hotel, just a 3-minute walk from the restaurant.

Are you open on public holidays?

Yes, we are open on all public holidays. We only close on Sundays and Mondays to allow our team some well-deserved rest.

Can I bring my own bottle of wine to pair with my dinner?

We do not allow external beverages. However, our wine cellar offers a refined selection to complement the menu, and we will be delighted to help you find the perfect pairing.
