Reservation & Cancellation Policy

1. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made through our website, via e-mail or by phone (+351 968 432 288). To ensure the best organization, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance;
  • For reservation requests made via email or phone, these will be considered pre-reservations. A link will subsequently be sent via email and SMS to confirm your reservation request.
  • To confirm your reservation on our website, you will need to enter and validate your details, including your credit card details for pre-payment of the menu price (€40 per person). Once the process is complete, you will immediately receive confirmation by e-mail and SMS.
  • On the day of your visit, we ask that you arrive punctually at the scheduled time. If for any reason you are late, we would be grateful if you could notify us by telephone (+351 968 432 288);
  • We always strive to accommodate specific dietary needs, but to serve you better, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance of any allergies or intolerances.

2. Confirmation

Once your reservation is completed, we will send you an email and/or SMS with confirmation. Please carefully review the details of your reservation to ensure everything is as desired.

3. Waiting time

We understand that every moment with us is precious. Therefore, your table will remain reserved for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time. After this period, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and the table may be made available to other guests.

4. Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. Free cancellations can be made up to 48 hours in advance. In such cases, the prepayment will be refunded automatically. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the menu fee (€80 per person) will be charged. We appreciate your understanding.

5. Reservation Changes

If you need to adjust the date, time, or number of people, please let us know as soon as possible. Our team will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

6. Special Events

If you are planning to celebrate a special occasion or organize a group dinner, our events team will be delighted to assist. For group reservations, please contact us directly via e-mail or phone (+351 968 432 288), and we will ensure your occasion is unforgettable.
